Training takes place on the following days -
Sunday: 10.00am Junior sessions - Venues vary
Tuesday: 7.00pm Club Night - Loftus Cricket Club - Loftus
Thursday: 6.00pm Circuit Training - The Dome - Boulby Mine
Friday: 6.00pm Interval Training - Whitby - Winter @ Crescent Gardens, Summer @ Caedmon School
Membership is due from 1st April 2011
the subs are £16=00 for senior runners and £6=00 for Juniors/
Students/Second Count/ Social Members.
