*** IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDS POSTAGE***
We have had a lot of entries with incorrect postage
Incorrect postage means Royal Mail will not deliver the letter to the Event Organisers. Loftus & Whitby AC can not be responsible for recovery of letters from Royal Mail.
If you have entered the race and not received your race number by the end of October or within 10 days  - then unfortunately it is likely that your race entry has been lost or retained by Royal Mail.

We are also receiving many large SAE’s with the wrong return postage on them. In  instances like this we will not send the entry back and the race number(s) can be collected from the race day entries desk.
Where applicants have supplied a contact phone number or email address we will endeavour to contact you to advise you that your race number is safe and sound.
